Gingerbread Creations was started in 1997 by accomplished author and educator Eleanor Twardy. Known locally as the "Gingerbread Lady", Eleanor has also received national attention with her published work in Good Housekeeping Magazine along with editing books for a nationally known publisher. She has received many awards for her creations along with teaching the art of "gingerbread house making" to others. This innovative approach to gingerbread house making has never before been offered with such ease and simplicity.
